I've been going through my scrap drawer and purging bits I know I'll never use. Some scraps have been in there for years! I came across this small Tweet Hello 3x4 piece that I made back in February 2014 and posted here. Six years ago! I decided that it was time that it was finally used on a card. Refer to the old post for most of the details.
The black panel with the faux stitching was also in the scrap drawer and made a perfect mat for the Tweet Hello piece. I cut some diagonal striped paper by My Favorite Things for an interesting background and glued everything to a white card base. Done! I think it turned out pretty cute. Fastest card I've ever made and yet six years in the making. :)
